BILLING INFORMATION:
We only accept US Issued Credit Cards. International card orders are subject to cancellation.
All orders MUST be verified by PayPal or credit card company. We reserve the right to cancel any order that the address,zip, or code does not match or is not verified or confirmed.We do not bill/ship to 2 different addresses. We only ship to a verified billing address.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders will generally ship within 2-3 business days of placing the order. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be shipped within the following 1-2 business days. However, on some occasions, orders may take up to 5 business days to process and ship. We ship nationwide. We use USPS to ship your orders. We do not charge your account until the shipment goes out.
To find out the shipping charges for your order before you checkout, you can enter in the state, and zip code and press update. The total will come up with the shipping cost included. You do not need to enter in your credit card information to get this information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to an item being back-ordered or any other reason, they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shampoofashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
1) suspected fraud
2) billing information not verified
3) items out of stock with no e.t.a
4) declined payment
RETURN POLICY:
There are no exchange or refunds on any item(s) that have been used or don't have its original packaging.
You may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return or exchange will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item within 30 days of receiving and processing your return. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund will reflect on your statement within 2 billing statements.
We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us without a RMA number. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of shampoofashion.com and will be disposed of.
AUTHENTICITY & PRICING:
We guarantee that all items purchased from us are 100% authentic and original. We buy products only from direct and authorized distributors. However, products in the pictures on our website DO NOT always represent what we have in stock. We may carry the previous packaging of a product when a manufacture may currently have a new look to its product that we choose to represent on our website. Because we carry thousands of products on our website, in some cases there may be typographical errors. We do have the right to cancel your order if there is a typographical error on a product you ordered.
We make every effort to maintain prices. However, due to conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices and correct printing and pricing errors. We reserve the right to limit the quantity order.
BACK ORDERS/DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
Occasionally we run out of stock in certain items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If an order contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items. We reserve the right to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only hold your order if we expect to receive the back ordered items in a few days. We do not do separate shipments. Be advised that your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. If the item is no longer available, we will either a) send a smaller size we have in stock and partially charge you or b) completely remove it out of the order.
