If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to an item being back-ordered or any other reason, they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shampoofashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

1. suspected fraud
2. billing information not verified
3. items out of stock with no e.t.a
4. declined payment
